Amanda has been practicing reflexology since 2009, bringing a calm, intuitive presence to every session.

Specializing in foot reflexology, Amanda uses precise pressure techniques to stimulate neurological reflex points connected throughout the body. Her sessions are deeply relaxing while supporting circulation, nervous system regulation, and the body’s natural ability to restore homeostasis.

Essential oils are often incorporated to deepen relaxation and enhance the sensory experience.
